Cocktail Mixing Glass

I prefer the size of this mixing glass (750ml) because typically I am not making just one cocktail at a time. With this glass you can mix 1-4 cocktails at a time which allows you to spend more time with your friends and less time making cocktails!

Bitters Bottle

There is great variability in the amount of bitters dispensed with each shake of an off-the-shelf bottle of bitters. If you were to dash your bitters bottle three times and actually measured the amount of liquid that was dispensed with each dash, you would end up with three totally different amounts. On the other hand, if you dispense your bitters from one of these Japanese-style bitters bottles with a much more precise steel dasher top, you will get the same amount of bitters dispensed with each dash, no matter if the bottle is full or nearly empty. Bitters can hugely impact the flavor profile of whatever cocktails they are in, so use one of these bottles and know if your three dashes of bitters is actually three dashes.

I like these spoons with the weight on the back end for breaking up stubborn ice and also for stirring cocktails in tight diameter glasses (like a collins glass) when you need to turn the spoon upside down.

Measuring Jigger

This elegant Japanese-style jigger has measurement markings on the small side at 1/2oz. and 3/4oz. with the full small side measuring 1oz. The large side has a measurement marking at 1.5oz with the full large side measuring 2oz.
